    [FONT=Arial, Geneva, Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Crunches are best for abbs raise your legs and then cross you leg & raise your hand, try to touch knees repeat it in 15 sets and then take a break for 3 seconds. At first start with 2 sets and then increase in it with the passage of time. you will get flat tummy with in a month plus a perfect diet.[/FONT]​
