    Today is only the qualifying rounds. The only notable result is Commonwealth women champ, Li-Li of S'pore being ousted in straight sets by an Indian lady.

    GAN Teik Chai & KOO Kien Keat{MAS}
    17-14, 10-15, 13-15 {80m}

    SANG Yang & ZHENG Bo{CHN}

    See what I mean. Given a chance, these young pairs from Malaysia can also make it.
    Please recall that SANG Yang & ZHENG Bo humiliated chan/chew in wc2003 not too long ago.

    Come on Yap, send these guys out more. Stop saying they are not good enough. Give them more confidence instead of putting them down all the time.

    Also, just 5 days ago, Chan/Chew were humiliated by Sang/Zheng in Malaysia-China friendlies in straight sets.
    So, these 2 Malaysian youngsters ability to stretch the Chinese to rubber should give them a huge dose of morale booster!:)
