I totally agree with that, sorry, didn't want to sound as if I wanted to contradict shooting stroke on that point. I just wanted to stress the difference between addressing the shuttle early and taking it at its highest point (because I used to misunderstand that when I heard about the concept first, and it was bad to both play and body) in case I'm not the only one who may misunderstand... :-)

Sorry for the late reply. I'm not anymore coaching in sabah

but instead I'm based here in KL. FYI, I'm not taking any more students due to my other working commitments and the only students that i have now is a few state level player that needs that additional 1 to 1 coaching session other than their own association schedule training program. Well, hopefully we can meet if I'm coming back
