A big thank you to all the organisers for their efforts and the money spent on the get-together. It was a lot of fun and also really nice to meet other people from the forums. Hopefully we can do something like this again at some point!! Thank you very much!!

Be careful with these shirts! They are super-powerful! My freind, who couldn't make the trip, crushed his handle on a backhand smash!! Thanks again to Kwun, Chris, James, for orgainizing and BC in general. If you can come out for the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto, I will definately take you around and eat some of the best food choices available.

By the way, I was wondering what spec your camcorder / camera was as I've been thinking some time about buying one. Knowing the spec used to record those videos would give me a good idea of what I'd be looking for.

If it's an inconvenience then don't bother post but if you happen to know, then I would be grateful if you could let me know!

..used a Canon SX20 IS camera..there should be newer generation/versions of the SX line..

Took you long enough! Been almost a year since London 2012

I had a fantastic time meeting all of you, even if someone's mom had to tag along! The group dinner was a great idea for a little BC get-together but I failed to remember everyone's names...

And I missed the badminton session!

The whole event felt hugely different compared to Beijing 2008 and I think Ctjcad would agree. Very European, very down to earth. I was less awestruck and blown away than four years earlier. However, the feeling of seeing some amazing friends again, even after several years, bunched together in a nice little house on the outskirts of London, taking the Tube to Wembley every morning, exploring the big city at night, talking over all the new and old adventures that we may or may not have been through together.. oh, and not to forget; all the Indian fried/peri peri chicken we had for days on end.. AND meeting a huge number of absolutely wonderful people and making new friends every single day there: It was all so GOOD.

And Chris, you visiting me in Amsterdam after the Olympics/your Eurotrip made it all just so much better. Perfect conclusion of another quadrennial happening.
