Coaching: 1-to-1, drill, sparring, tourney
I think a coach can be useful in four general situations:
1. one-to-one coaching.
2. one-to-many drills/practising
3. to spar with or sitting behind u when u are sparring with someone
4. one-to-one coaching and advise when u are competing in a tournament.
which one of the four u think the advice of a coach is most effective?
