Coaching: 1-to-1, drill, sparring, tourney

    I think a coach can be useful in four general situations:

    1. one-to-one coaching.
    2. one-to-many drills/practising
    3. to spar with or sitting behind u when u are sparring with someone
    4. one-to-one coaching and advise when u are competing in a tournament.

    which one of the four u think the advice of a coach is most effective?
