I'm wondering if there's warranty covered for any Yonex racket. It was a bad smashed and I hit the frame :crying:
I tried to look up any related article but I cannot find any policy on the Yonix website...any suggestions? Thanks in advance! :)

    depends where you bought it.

if it was within a year and you bought it from a authorized US dealer, likely you can get it replaced. make sure you don't cut the string and give it back to the store like it is. Yonex USA will inspect the stringing and tension and the condition of the racket and they will determine if you can get a replacement.

Ahh..so I have to bring it back to the store where I bought instead of just send it back to Yonex?

yes. you must go through your dealer. or if you have a shop in which you know very well, they *might* help you out but not always the case.

check if its original, and then lower the string's tension so yonex will cover it up for you
