I keep on seeing the same question coming up over and over again in this message board. I thought there should be a thread on it. Many people play but not always at the dedicated badminton facilities.

    Where do you play?
    What is the schedule?
What is the level of play?
How are the facilities (floor, #courts, lights and walls ect)?

    Where do you play?
    Guildford Recreation Center

    What is the schedule?
    Thursdays 6:45-9:45pm
    Sundays: 5:00 - 7:45pm
It gets busy quickly so it is best you have a rec pass and call in ahead of time, especially Sunday mornings.

What is the level of play?
Beginner to intermediate. There are two gyms that connect. The larger one has more recreational players. The smaller gym plays host to the more competitive players.

How are the facilities (floor, #courts, lights and walls ect)?
    Mulit-purpose floors.
    12 courts.
White lights that sometimes play a factor.
In the larger gym, there is a divider that comes down part way and helps seeing the shuttle.
In the smaller gym the walls are blue and provide better contrast.

    Where do you play?
    Fraser Valley Christian
    limited drop in

    What is the schedule?
    Wednesday and Sunday 7 - 10 pm

What is the level of play?
    Intermediate. 25 +
    Many older players

How are the facilities (floor, #courts, lights and walls ect)?
Multipurpose gym floor. They provide a dust mop if you want.
    4 x 2 courts
Lights aren't much of a problem but sometimes hard to see when you are not facing a wall.
