yeah.. Planning on getting VTZF, i think it's the closest racket to it right? Besides N90 (which is not durable)

For me the closest one would be N90, if Yonex range, it would be AT700 Premium 2012. I own AT700 Premium 2012, AT700 1st gen, VTZF and having played with N90 couple of times and that is my opinion. Additionally, N90 is durable.

I am comparing 3U VTZF and 700PR.
VTZF is faster than AT700PR 2012. On the other hand, AT700PR 2012 excels in power department, it still has the Armortec characteristic when you smash with it. VTZF more towards double play, while 700PR more towards single racket, however practically they can be used in both departments, as i play both departments interchangeably.

Base on my search in mybadmintonstore, 700PR has only 4U weight (or there's 3U but I can't seem to find it). Are you comparing 4U 700PR with 3U VTZF?

There is 3U AT700PR 2012. I am comparing 3U VTZF and 3U AT700PR 2012 strung with BG80 in the same tension, 27.5 Lbs by the same stringer, otherwise my comments are irrelevant since they differ in weight in the first place.

I has the first gen AT700 and the only racket I found comparable was the New AT700PR and i got 2 3U. 3U seems to be hard to find though, at lease for me.

You should try Lining N90 too

As long as i could recall N90 is more solid than 700PR thus playing with N90 will be more tiring, but with a good stamina it would be lethal combination. I am now keeping aside some money for purchasing N90 and another AT700PR.

I love the AT700PR as it to me is very similar to the first gen, I used it as my singles racket. Reason being is I find the weight distribution to be much better, easier to move it around and I can smash like a mother#$%#$ with it. Also use VT80LTD for doubles.
I have never tried the N90 but they are expensive that is why i have not gotten one, yet.
are you talking about the first gen or second gen N90?

The first gen of N90, which is known as the tailor-made racket for Lindan after retiring from his AT700 first gen.

are you talking about the first gen or second gen N90?

The first gen of N90, the second gen of N90 which is written N90II on the shaft is not my cup of tea since it does not really connect with AT700 1st.

And yeah. I felt that my AT700 first gen shaft is more of a mid flex, I'm not sure. Because I couldn't find the actual specification through online. I could be wrong, can anyone clarify the stiffness of the AT700 first gen?
