I have attended the Singapore Open for past eight years and been using my 70-200 telephoto lens to take badminton photos. I was very surprised that i was stopped by the usher from using my equipment as I do not have a media pass. Why have the organisers changed the rules this year? Needless to say I'm terribly disappointed with the organisers

It's allowed already. I was one of those who was stopped to use my lens. I talked to the staff again and he said its okay to use as the organizers said okay.
