Groin Injury

    I just occurred groin injury few hours ago if im not mistaken...the pain is at the joint between our pen** and thigh...if anyone come across with this kind of injury before please share you thought on how you treated it..and i need opinions too on how long I should rest to get full recovery... :(

    You need to go see a physiotherapist immediately. No matter how tempting or simple the answers may look, please don't begin any exercises or stuff before taking professional help. You may end up making things worse, and recuperation can then become a long and slow process.

    Thanks a lot for the advice bro...Im not sure how this accident happened cause normally before game I will do proper exercise to make sure my body is ready..now i will be going for full rehabilitation.. :(

    physio is the way to go... meanwhile you'll need to ice it lots

    do you really think im facing a groin injury?? i cant hardly walk...:(

    From your description, It looks like a 'Pulled Groin' and if you are unable to walk, it is better that you consult a doctor.. Pain & difficulty could be because of Muscle spasm and swelling/bruising but you should definetly seek help..

    icing is very important for any muscle/tendon injuries, especially in the first 1-2 days

    if this doesn't help after 2 days or if you notice any bruising discolouration, then it may be a more serious injury and you'll need to seek a doctor's advice in person
