This week I clash my racket with an Armotec (armor?). His racket survived while mine looked like this...:crying:

A broken MX80 breaks my heart. :crying:

Are you planning to replace with the same?

Undecided. Was looking at BS12 and BS LYD. Both are 3U while my (RIP) MX80 was 4U.

I have a 3U LYD and it plays very differently from the MX80. But it's a racket that one can easily adapt to. Good luck in your decision.

Wow, that sucks. And I thought the MX80 frame was the strongest out there! Replace it with a 3U MX80! :D

Agree. 4U speed with the added oomph for power!

Would mine survived if I happen again?

Anyway got myself a Yonex z-Force Limited edition today and hope to give this racket a chance. Definitely would consider getting back another MX80 to swap between games.

    Sorry, OT.

Oh, so you're lurking around this thread now. Someone brought it back from Asia for me. I heard you've been buying up a storm lately. ;)

I guess that is the weakest part of the frame. What was your string tension?
