A possible hall closure on Tues 3rd and 10th July @ Bishan Sports hall from 6-10pm

For all those who might be joining session on the above mentioned date and time, do please make sure you are able to contact the one in charge of session at 9am on the day u are attending to confirm if session still going on as we ever encounter where session was cancelled and we were only informed for less than 12 hours before session starts. Session is 8-10pm but ssc guy only call after around 8+ am on session's day (should be that timing cos earlier than that we still sleeping and they haven't start work too) to inform cancellation

We had already emailed them our displease

It is time to ring the organisers or the one who book the courts at Bishan Sports Hall today from 6pm-10pm if game cancelled

 

Last 45minutes to call to check if game cancelled

 

Wow， emailed ssc on Tue 26/06/12 but no reply from them in any form at all ><
Then, email them again on Fri 29/06/12 but also no reply and neither have auto reply if our email been received ><
We then emailed again on Tue 03/07/12 saying will complain to Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports for their incapability to attend to us if there is again no reply from them but again no reply ><
Until we sms (staff's personal mobile) one of their staff on Wed 04/07/12 @1.10pm (cannot mentioned the name) then the person replied via sms @9.10pm asked what kind of problem we faced.......
Hopefully we will be able to get a satisfactory answer from them soon

 

Very disappointed with ssc, no email reply from them nor a call from them. Looks we have to try to complain to a higher authority who is in control of them ><
