left foot injuries

    my left foot always sounded like "crack" sound like playing..the injuries also make me quite slow in the court. any ways to avoid it? maybe any exercise or something? i really wanna improve my badminton badly.

    all you need is rest bro and proper warm up next time before playing..

    try using a neoprene support. For me it's works very well..

    Here are three reasonably good links (took about 2 minutes to find on Google). Not sure what your exact ankle problem is, but these exercises will help with your goal of strengthening your joint to reduce the risk of further injury. Like all toning type exercises, they are tedious ... and they only show results if you do them frequently. Best of luck.
