suggestion for a shork absorption racket~victore or yonex~ thx~ the badminton i used now hurt my shoulder deeply.~
i think you should use a more flexible shaft racket to prevent your shoulder gone worse. once encounter the sotx racket which its inject some kind of foam into the racket frame during manufacturing for shock absorption or something. i think the similar tech also should in yonex or victor series of racket...
Surely the obvious thing to do is go see a doctor first? Having said that, I have a problem with my shoulder and my doctors haven't really helped! I tried a Chinese "Tit Da" guy and after a few sessions my shoulder loosened up but is still not 100%.
Maybe this thread helps? http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...ight-vs.-head-heavy-rackets-and-shoulder-pain
Coming from a Flexible and Even Balanced racket...I found that Head Heavy rackets hurt my shoulder while Stiff rackets hurt my elbow. I was able to work through the pain and can now use Head Heavy Stiff rackets now.
