plz tell me abt merit and demerit of both plastic and feather
i usually play preferably to feather shuttle but ...nobody here want to play with this bcoz of less durability and high expenses ...so guys plz tell how do i get more accurate shot with plastic shuttle...which i feel less nowaday ...

Been discussed many times already. Feather is the only way to play badminton. See the international and pro tournaments. Much better touch, feel, control etc.

but my query is that ...what sort of thing i do to sudden change in my game plan for plastic to feather ...i usually prefer play with feather but my frnds were like to play with plastic...i am very particular abt my game ...if i am not doing right it get me to frustrate...thanks in advance

I know what you mean as I play both too. Accuracy requires more deliberate concentration. I find that with plastic I have to use a slightly heavier racket with 1-2 lbs lower tension to get the same power. And you have to use more upper arm and shoulder to hit hard.
With feather I can play finesse shots, whereas with plastic I just play mostly power shots, because I don't get the same feel for finesses shots with plastic.

We use plastic (Mavis 2000) for practice and warm ups and feathers during game.

as max mentioned, mavis 2000's are pretty good for plastic birds... better than 300's in touch and feel and flight
perhaps you can bring those and use it in your games
