There is no difference between the two. The red dragon is a package of the MP100 with red strings and Red overgrip.

The picture shown is actually a fake MP100. Chun (the seller) a.k.a. Laurence (on the forum) uses it to illustrate to potential eBay buyers that there are fake Yonex products being listed. The product that you are bidding on is a genuine Yonex MP100 and at a starting price of US$130.00 (I would say that is pretty decent) but again with auctions, you can never be sure what the final price is going be although you have the Buy It Now feature for US$130.00 + shipping of either ($16-24) for a total of US$146 (minimum) + stringing??

as far as we can tell, Laurence/chun123 is a legit seller.

why don't you send him an email for your other questions?

The difference in price is because the Red Dragon includes string and Grip where as the Mp 100 alone is just the racquet with no strings or grip.

I think he's asking why is the extra fee for strings and grip $50USD. The most expensive yonex string + stringing job + grip costs much less than that if brought seperately.

Thanks for pointing that out, I just looked on ebay and I think the one he is looking at has been bid on more than once so the price is higher. There is another one that has a starting bid of US 155 I think.
