Arm Pain

Hi guys,
I am new to this group, so i will make this simple and clear. My arm ie above the elbow and below the shoulder, has started paining. This pain started suddenly and i have no idea what might have caused it. So if anyone can give me some advice, i would really appreciate it. I have mathces coming up so i need quick relief.

PS: this pain occurs when i try to do clears and smashes.

same problem as mine, and i was trying to research about this and mine is called tennis elbow..i used to put some salonpas or chili plaster because its really hurting my elbow everytime I stroke
