Dont know how to use my dropweight machine? (Alpha shuttle express)

    I dont suppose anyone knows? I have the 2 levers on the side, both are completely stiff and wont budge + no-one has done a tutorial on a drop weight machine like this... can anyone help? Thanks

    alpha shuttle express is not a drop weight machine.

    yes, i've been meaning to ask if anyone has any tutorial videos regarding this crank machine. i've seen the stringging job done by electronic machine.

    here is one i found on youtube. it is on a tennis racket but the principles are the same. unfortunately the video quality is pretty bad.
