GVA late summer meet .................. Labour Day weekend

There seems to be some interest of having a gathering again. We did one on last Christmas and it has a good turn out. Detail check out the link below:

For this time, I am thinking of sometime in the time flame of Thursday August 30 to Monday September 3. I am hoping to check out the facility of Badminton Vancouver, unless someone has a strong preference, we will make the tentative locaiton as Badminton Vancouver facility.

Depends on the interest, we can organize the meet as a drop-in group or court rental for more privacy. For interested, please sign up and state date and time preferred.

First of all, sorry for the delay of getting this rolling. I have been away on vacation for a good week and a half.

Looking the time schedule, looks like the Labour Day weekend, a lot of memebers are either out of town or not sure of their schedule yet.

I am postponing this to weekend of Sept 15 & 16.

Let's start this over again, in hope that most memebers would already have their vacation and kids schedule settled.
