fischer-nielsen service legality

    just saw him live.
    he always does a double action (forward-back-forward hit) on serve.
    i thought that was illegal, but it was never called by the service judge.

    checking the rule book:
    Once started, the service is delivered when the shuttle is hit by the server's racket or, in attempting to serve, the server misses the shuttle.

    am i missing something? any international/national umpire opinions appreciated

    PS. it wouldn't have made any difference the way the indonesians were playing.

    to give you a quick short explanation, they say that the first "swing" was considered positioning of the racket so it is not considered a double action.
