I used to be a serious player over 10 years ago and really haven't played at all since then.
Played with some social players a couple of times recently and am going to try and get back in to the sport a bit. I could do with it as I'm really quite out of shape these days and the exercise would do my waistline some good!
I still have pretty good touch and my feet remember how to move, but some of my arm strength has gone and my timing could be better on some shots.
I'll probably have more to say once I've played a bit more, and might have some racquet questions eventually, but for now I think a restring of my old racquets would be a good starting point before considering anything new. Best to wait until my form is a bit better.
