Hi Guys,

I just purchased a VT z-force from E-link Singapore, TW code, and got strung it @27lbs with bg66u. I played yesterday and I miss-hit the shuttle and suddenly the racket was clashed. May I just know can I claim back from Yonex a TW code racket in Singapore? If I can, How could I do that?

yes you need to send it to Yonex Taiwan
contact your seller, and they will do it for you (since it is their fault buying a TW code racket instead of SP)
