I don't get it. The flex rating is 5/5 yet it is said to be a stiff racket. Can anyone clear my confusion?

yeah, 5/5 should be stiff but yonex rating are very confusing as both arc 10 and NS9900 was rated 5/5 on stiffness while in real life their quite far apart

Yonex rackets made in taiwan are always too heavy. I have used NS990 NS850, they are not the style of NanoSpeed series. Also, Arc009DX is of head heavy balance. A exception is Arc008, it's agile.
I want to know if the NR100 keeps the features of NanoRay series.

Sorry if this is slightly off topic, but could you please share your experiences with the NS990 and NR80? I'm heavily considering purchasing one of these two rackets and I'm having trouble deciding which one to buy.
I am an intermediate player coming from a NS800. I want the racket which has great swing speeds and manoeuvrability and with great repulsion. I am a wristy player who can generate a smash using a fast whipy arm. More details can be found here:

Any help will be appreciated.

Anyone tried this racquet? I have seen the Yonex 2012 Catalogue and it listed NR100 as repulsive NS9900. Reviews, please?

Hey, this racket looks pretty nice! Definitely beats the plain old NS100.
