I suggest reading the already-existing threads which are already packed full of helpful advice concerning these rackets. Which you ultimately choose depends on your own preferences and playing style (and budget?).

BS LYD will be more similar to your BS09 than the other two. If you want speed get BS LYD, for power any MX racquet...you don't give us a lot of info to go on though

hmm. i used to be a back court doubles player and loved smashing and playing killer shots, however, i changed doubles partners and now i am starting to play a more dynamic game in the sense that i would rotate and play at the front alot more. so i would love a racket that would be able to help me generate the power in the smash and at the same time, maintain the control and speed at the front of the net. is the MX significantly heavier than the BS?

i am a doubles player and i have been playing at the back for the past couple of years and loves smashing and powering the shuttles down the line, however, as i have changed doubles partners, my play has became more dynamic in the sense that i rotate a lot more than i used to. so i play the front a lot at times as well. so now, i am looking for a racket, that can generate the power and also gives me the speed and agility to play up front.

budget doesnt really bother me, i just want to know the differences. as far as i know, the lyd is a lot lighter and has better maneuverability, but less in the power category.
the mx jjs has good smashing power but is heavier and less control.
however, what about the mx london?

Compairing them just by swinging I can only say: Swing speed is similar. BS LYD is head heavier, but I can't tell you if it's more powerful.
In my opinion BS LYD sometimes lacks in smash power. Especially if you're going to try it in singles.
Just my 2 cents. :P

Sounds like the LYD seems to be more ideal for you, adding the fact you are using BS09 now and this racquet is discontinued already. Price wise, those are all priced very similar, maybe just $10-20 difference max.

IMO you can try out MX80 for both speed and power. MX London will feel slightly heavy on the handle when swing. Cant comment on JJS but i think is pretty close to MX London also. For 80 it may be very stiff but the shots is very rewarding

Or maybe you wanna try reading on BS15 as well? It has been said that it offers speed as well as a bit head heavy for smash...
BS15, MX JJS, BS LYD... all has the same stiffness and balance ratings... isn't that confusing??? I am also contemplating which to get... haha
