Hi everybody, I am from Toronto Canada. I am a badminton fan like everybody else here. We are creating a wedding congratulations video for Lin Dan and Xie Xingfang. Lin Dan and Xie Xingfang are planning to have a big wedding at the stadium for 2008 Beijing Olympic Badminton Final at the end of September. We are trying to get the badminton fans all over the world to send video in if possible. Please take 10 minutes to create a short video at the famous view in your city if possible. Please tell us who you are, which city and country, and best wish in English/Mandarin in the video. Lin Dan and Xie Xingfang were taking photos in wedding dress early this week. And Lin Dan said in the interview at the openning of Chineses Badminton Super League that he will play if Lee Chongwei etc. play for 2016 Brazil Olympic.
Lin Dan received a real GOLD medal from Emperor Watch & Jewellery at Hong Kong. Number 17 on the medal means the 17 world championships Lin Dan has won so far. Xie Xingfang was there too. She looks so beautiful.

LCW will get the title before retire, next year. LCW deserves the Gold Medal. LD and LCW are the only top players. They are way above others. It's NOT LD does not want LCW to grab Gold Medal. LD has to play and stop LCW as long as nobody from Chinese team can beat LCW. The pressure is from the team/coach/goverment, not LD self. For that, you need to know chinese sports sytem. LD was trained for free (even got little pay) by chinese GOV since a child. He joined Chinese Army Sports Team when 12 yr old. LD is still a Chinese Army soldier officially. He is not going to say no if the team/GOV ask him to do something. LD is not like the Chinese Women Tennis Star - Li Na (Who won French Open once before). The difference between LD and LCW is not skills etc. In 2008, LD had much better skills/speed etc. But LCW improved a lot since then. Those two have nothing to improve on skills. The only difference is the responsibility. LD always carries huge responsibility of China since he won the first title. He used to it. LD is much stronger mentally. LCW plays for money most time (nothing wrong). LCW is afraid of LD now for important points of the match. LCW just said that he is going to retire after the BWF world championships next year. I think LCW will get his first gold medal at 2013 BWF world championships. Chinese player always palys very hard for Olympic and Asia Games as it means a lot to the country, not so much at world championships. The only issue is Chinese gov/team might ask LD to defend it again as 2013 BWF world championships is held by China Guangzhou, Xie Xingfang's hometown. Even though LD probably has no goal at 2013 BWF world championships personally. No matter what, fans will see another best game if those two meet in the final again. We'll cheer for both as always.
