what are good uses for birdy tubes.

i like using them for holding my paintballs for ball hauling

they work as well as regular 140 rnd tubes and they're practically free

I kept 1-2 spare empty tubes to collect 2nd used birds on court. Some of them are still useable for drill / warm up.

at big tournaments i've seen people use them as "clappers." they bang two together and it makes a really loud noise. at last years pan am classic, the US team and the Peruvian team got into a birdie tube clashing match. it was great.

i also use them to collect birds that are used from one of the clubs i play in our when i'm at a tournament. (and they say i can have them of course)

In one tournament, saw some ppl using the tube as "extra attachable weight" for warm up.

They cut the tube vertically, attached it with tape on around the T-joint (up to half of the head height). I saw ppl swing this monster on the court side, and guess that might be a way to speed up the "warm up" process for wrist, arm, shoulder, etc. I think it's the same theory as using a tennis racket to warm up.

Remind me about the baseball players, when they are waiting to bat, they attach the extra weight on their bats and swing off the field.
