Their hands are so fast and accurate at shots like drives and smashes. And impeccable placements too.

When they play, it's as if they don't need to think and their shots and placements are like second nature... like blinking and breathing.

HS drives the shot very well from either side of mid court, frequent intercepts each time when MA smashes from baseline, forcing the quick reaction from opponents..failing that opponents have to lift. They are playing like Spain in football, not giving an inch to the opponent to play their game.

When I watch them play, its clear that the reason they are so superior is because they never let their opponents smash downwards. But what is it that allows them to never lift? Whereas other teams are forced to lift as a normal part of the rally.

What do they do that is so different so that never have to lift?
actyually they do lift but they rather lift half court low height to let their opponents smash without full power...

If they can return, usually it's a drive... If they can they lose their popoints that's why their match always short

Prediction: History will repeat it self: the same way tony gunawan won many top titles with diff partners, HS will win WC and OG with ahsan

IMHO, for Qiu/Liu to become mature world best pair is also a very bold prediction.

This pair will be world No.1 in no time. KSH/LYD's nemesis indeed. HS has killer drives and smashes.

It is very hard to predict how Ahsan/Hendra will perform until Rio OG 2016, although i am hoping so much that Ahsan/Hendra could bring the Gold back. It is 2.5 years down the road and i think it is safe to assume that several world class pairs will emerge and might be able to threaten Ahsan/Hendra.

I have watched Ahsan/Hendra interview and it is good to know that they are motivated to win the big events and committed to do so by working harder and harder. They just have to maintain their shape and never feel too complacent on what they have achieved so far. Additionally, they have to be much more selective for taking part in tournaments as they are not that young anymore, they are a husband now and will be a father sooner or later.
