I'm male 33 trying to learn the singles game. My current standard is pretty decent. Can beat many players in my group but I'm still not good enough to beat better or more competitive players. Tend to lose to players who are fit and move well on court. Just need more exposure to different types of players. I hope I can get 3-4 players to spar with once a week. Its hard to find social groups that play singles. If you are keen to join me, please post here or PM me. We can form a mini-group!
Excellent! If we can find 1 more, then it will be perfect. 1 court for 2 hours should be sufficient right? Even if we get too tired, we can always play doubles at the end...
1 court, 2 hours, 4 people, and playing singles? c'mon guys, get some serious singles practice in, 1 court, 2 people play singles for 2 hours.

Hi mongoose, where will you be playing? If you dun mind my skill level, I will certainly be happy enuf to train under you ... No problem if u mind also! I know how frustrating it is to play with players with levels way below yourself! haha!! But then again, I think it's not that easy to find players who can match your skill leh!! cheers!
Hehe! I'm still learning... I hope to try and book courts at either Jurong East, Gombak or Delta. Which days do you guys prefer? Wed, Thur or Fri? I can only play 7pm onwards. I'll pay for the courts but you guys need to help bring some shuttles. I'll bring a tube as well. If we play on weekends, I'm free Saturday afternoons from 1pm onwards. But at night, I'll be playing at Jurong East with my other group. Thanks guys! I really appreciate the help. I have only about 12 years to train for the "Veteran"s section!! Hehe! Must start early!

Wed, Thu. Delta hall is the best of all if you can manage to book. I can also play from 7pm onwards. Need to work to financially support this game.

Couldn't get weekdays evenings even though I was at my computer at 7am this morning to do the online booking! Sigh!
Manual Booking Mongoose, U need to be at the Booking Centre at 5.45am to be the first in line. The clerk usually comes in at 6.45am and get her to key in your data first . At 7.00am....Bom you got your choice court. Internet Booking always lags behind.
