    Hi,

I'm new to stringing and was trying to string the RKEP Pro 6000.
I was using the normal yonex 2 piece pattern and did the crosses bottom up and noticed that there were 2 shared grommets at the top where you could put an extra cross. However this is blocked by the top mount and prevents any clamping.

My question is, can I do a top-down for the crosses, so I can fit this extra cross at the top or is this not advisable due to racket stress, etc.

If I don't do the top cross, it does leave a large gap at the top.
