RKEP EX3 triple density socks review
Have been using these socks for the past 2 months.
Incredibly cushiony without being voluminous, as the bottom part has densely weaved loops inside while the top part has thin weaves. So it still fits inside my shoes properly without feeling too tight. And for the price of $2.50 per pair, an incredible deal.
The only downside is that it was too cushiony initially when new as it felt slightly unstable like I was standing on a carpet with tall loops, but eventually this feeling faded as the socks got worn in after a few wearing and washing.
For my size 8.5 wide feet, the medium size was too tight and the large fit better.
Supposed to be based on the Karakal triple density socks and I've also seen similar designed socks from Yonex.
(Disclaimer: I'm not affiliated to RKEP in any way or get any special treatment from them ... just a very satisfied regular customer.

Would you mind to post a picture in here, visor ?
I am really looking forward for the picture, USD 2.5 for a pair of socks is a fantastic deal, Yonex JP socks price is freaking me inside out.

Quite like the open weave areas; the Karakal X2 and X3 are very dense (but still good).

Just ordered a couple of pairs of these - I'll compare them to my previous Karakals in a review once they get here. Saved a couple of quid over the X2 and X3, so they're already one up.

Mine just arrived, and they're already one up on the Karakals: the "designated heel" area lines up a lot better with my actual heel. Also, SOFT!!! The "long pile" situation was aptly described, but I wear my socks inside out, so it might not be as much of an issue for me.
Game time tomorrow.
