What do guys do for a warm up prior to playing? my routine is just stretching leg muscles and twisting my torso and rotating my arms like a windmill , so i`d be interested in your ideas please,Harvey
from a professional point of view mental preparation do some running drills, starting slowly, build speed up. then some functional stretching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR1UNWwlq74 after that some footwork and badminton at slow pace that all can take more than 1hour. in recreational envirenments it would be good do to at least the middle. be careful with the stretching. if you do it wrong or are not used to it you can seriously hurt yourself
