Yonex Head Light Racquets for Girls?
Hi everyone,
I'm looking around for a Yonex head light for my gf who is a intermediate level player. My max budget is $160 CAD. So far in my research I've come up with a list of potential racquets to choose from:
Yonex NanoSpeed 850
Yonex NanoSpeed 800
Yonex NanoRay 100
Yonex NanoRay 80
and possibly Yonex NanoSpeed 6600.
Does anyone have insight into how these racquets perform for fgirls?
Also any other racquet recommendations are welcomed

Could also check out the BraveSword 11 or 12 from Victor. I dont know how stiff of a racket she can take, but definitely something to look into.

Hmm I will look into the BS LYD 4U, so far I've read how well the Victor brand performs and is used by a Korean champ...but the prices are kinda steep are they not?

Anything else you would recommend just in case? I would prefer buying local to save on time and shipping lol

my girlfriend picked up my nanospeed 9000S and immediately loved it. the weight and the stiffness fits her swing speed to the T. i've also see girls play with armortec 900T 4u. tho it's head heavy, the super light weight(at least to me) allows them to maneuver in the front court quite well. the girl i see playing with the AT900T is a lot better than my girlfriend tho.

I am also seeking for new racquet for my lady

But I am informed that YY will release new product Voltric 30 in December 2012
A store owner near my home informed me that the weight VT30 shall be 5U (Five U)
He also mentioned that the color is also quite pink or purple
It might be suitable for women

If you can still find them, try Yonex Nanospeed 300 or Nanospeed 500 - they are light-headed (towards even balance) and with good repulsion and does not cost an arm and a leg like Nanospeed 9000.
Yonex Nanospeed 2000 is supposedly the HEAD LIGHTEST among all the Yonex.
If you don't mind old and classic (but still great) tech, Cab20 will be the BEST suggestion I can make for ladies who don't like to wield head-heavy Voltrics

Guy on the phone said he's selling the BS10 for 140 if I heard correctly.
No I'm not looking into getting the Yonex NS 9000 and 9900 racquets b/c that's sorta over my price range. Also I can't wait until December for the VT30, I need to buy the racquet by the end of the month

krunc,
I suggest you bring your girl to a nearby badminton shop and let her hold, feel and test the racquets you have in mind.
It is SAFER and BETTER than purchasing without her testing it unless there is no nearby shop around.
