MORNING - Weekdays - Subang Jaya/ USJ area

I am just wondering IF there are any "old" hands like myself who like to play in the morning in Subang Jaya / USJ area - men or ladies (or school kids) equally welcomed.

Propose time: 10 am (after traffic jam) -12:00 noon (DAYTIME)
Venue: Any badminton centre in Subang Jaya/USJ (we go for cheapest !!)

Once we get to 4-6 pax, I will start making arrangements.

Places like Damansara community centre, can get RM 8 per hour in the mornings....no one plays there in the mornings....i know it's far from subang/usj, just give you an option...

I got a few PM asking how serious and intense will the session be ... well, let's say we can swing a racquet decently and hit the shuttle ...

Honestly, I just looking to get some "exercise" as advised by the doctor

- I don't intend to work myself to a heart-attack ....

I have just been informed that I will joining a team (freelance webmasters/designers/content developers) on a project starting next week in Melaka.
