Yea! CWF won!
ZZ takes game 1 21-19 against Liew Daren!!

MAS 'four' Chong Wei Feng, Liew Daren, Arif and Iskandar check in to 3rd round, but tmr maybe only one of them will go QF...

Chu Han Chou vs Wisnu Yuli Prasetyo - it's good to see Wisnu progressing beyond the first round of GPG event. He has the chance of progressing to the QF today.
Mohd Arif Abdul Latif vs Tommy Sugiarto - another tough match in store for Tommy. Arif nearly beat Hayom last week, while Tommy is not exactly in good form recently. Still, I expect Tommy to progress.
Tai Tzu Ying vs Maziyyah Nadhir - the top seed to progress.
Hera Desi vs Hung Shih Han - Hera Desi to fulfill her seeding.
Lindaweni Fanetri vs Tee Jing Yee - Linda to continue her good form. If she can progress to QF, she will be back in the top 50.
Angga Pratama/Rian Agung Saputro vs Mohd Lutfi Zaim Abdul Khalid/Teo Kok Siang - this will be a tricky tie for the top-seed and nothing less than a title will be considered a satisfactory result this week!
Markis Kido/Alvent Yulianto Chandra vs Wang Chi Lin/Wu Hsiao Lin - the TPE promising juniors who should win a medal in the upcoming WJC to be given a learning lesson by INA's senior pair.
Nelson Heg/Teo Ee Yi vs Muhd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi - hopefully, Ulin/Ricky could fulfill their seeding or maybe even reach the Final.
Yao Lei/Shinta Mulia Sari vs Gebby Ristiyani Imawan/Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah - the top-seed from Singapore should take this one.
Suci Rizki Andini/Della Destiara Haris vs Chin Ee Hui/Lim Yin Loo - Suci/Della are hoping to fulfill their seeding this week. A tricky first match awaits them today.
Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth/Rizki Amelia Pradipta vs Poon Lok Yan/Tze Ying Suet - it will be an excellent result if Pia/Rizki could upset the second-seed.
Muhd Rijal/Debby Susanto vs Markis Kido/Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth - I think Kido/Pia could rise to be INA's no 2 XD pair, in particular for the Sudirman Cup next year.
Riky Widianto/Richi Dili Puspita vs Wong Wai Hong/Shek Hiu Yiu - meanwhile, Riky/Richi should rise up to be INA's no 3 XD pair and they should fulfill their seeding.
Lee Chun Hei/Chau Hoi Wah vs Irfan Fadhilah/Weni Anggraini - Irfan/Weni are not exactly in good form recently as well but I still expect them to progress to at least QF.

less then 50% of malaysia representative to advance?hmm

Again, Irfan/Weni lost in the first-round, confirming that they are really in a bad form.

irfan/wenny should be kicked out from pelatnas... but they are representation from outside java.... so their position in pelatnas safe until there is a better player from outside java replace them....

Chong Wei Feng is improving. Usually I think a sure win for any experienced INA MS against him . I see that Iskandar, Misbun, Arief, etc as no longer a pushover.

tontowi were far from top 30 until he paired with liliyana in 24 yo
i think, the older one, richi puspita (23 yo), an AJC gold medal, has never been in Top 30
even, richard has ever said that he felt guilty because he never concentrate on irfan/weni
so, the only reason they are still in pelatnas is only because they come from outside Java ?
i agree with badMania... they are in bad form right now... but kicking them out of pelatnas now is too soon... maybe, they still deserve in pelatnas for 1 more year...

If Pia/Rizki can beat the second seed, they will have a good chance at the title.
