Firstly, what is a "Leg-up" if different than a squat?
Secondly, 10 mins of uninterrupted high intensity excercise is a bit much (for this middle-aged muddler, at least). Better to go with 30-45 secs exercise and 30-15 secs rest in each set.
The Bonkowsky videos noted in a recent post offer a better 10-min options, methinks:
