cold weather kill feeling
Hello,
i have a problem now : with the cold weather, i lost all my feeling. I will change my string (bg80) because it's too crisp when cold. But another problem is that my knews don't work, they are stiff and don't move. My feet can't move as well.
What can i do ?
Than you in advance

I tend to get injured more in cold weather more than at any other time. So over the years I've got into the routine of warming up more beforehand, and then keeping warm between games by putting my training top back on. I also wear long jogging pants (breathable) when I play rather than shorts.

dffhkhksg : I never say I play outdoors.
R20190 : Yes, jogging pants is a good idea but forbidden in tournaments ...
Do you have others solutions ???

Yah, there's something about the colder temp that slows down the muscles, and the tendons and joints don't work as well. Legs and arms included. Make sure you take extra time to stretch and warmup before hand. Not just statically, but dynamically like jumps, jog, shadowing, etc.
And as R20190 says, dress warmly in between games.

make sure you have a shirt to change between games. wet shirt will drain your body heat faster.
