It'll be close but i still go with Tony/Halim. Candra/Sigit defeated the Danes in straight sets in Birmingham at the Yonex All England by the Candra/Sigit combination. They were beaten by the Tony/Halim combination in the final. Now Tony/Halim will square off against the top Danish pair.

But hey, it could be anyone's game. Football fans would know. Man U drew Valancia in the UEFA Champion League before they went on the beat Arsenal 6-1. Arsenal just defeated Valencia this morning 2-1.

SORRY!!!! Back to Badminton!!! GO TONY/HALIM!!!!!!!!!!!1

nothing to do with Jens/Jesper Vs Tony/Halim

Personally I prefer Wijaya/Sigit - they just didn't perform in the last game at the All England Finals, let's hope they go all the way this time.

Their all good pairings...... I STILL think that the Candra/Tony combination was the best though.

There is no doubt that Liu Yong/Chen Qiqiu will play Zhang Jun/Zhang Wei in the mens double final.

Your overestimating them. I think it'll be a Candra/Sigit and Tony/Halim final. Like the All England

I'm sorry, but that won't happen. I just checked the official homepage, Liu Yong/Chen Qiqiu were beaten in straight set 15-12, 15-13

    Tony/Halim won in straight set, 15-11, 15-9.
    Chandra/Sigit also won.

Doh! Another title they didn't win ;)

    Hey maybe next time, right?

Seriously though, the results 15-1, 15-9 don't look so good for the Danes...

    Candra/SigitVs Tony/Halim(FINAL?)

If you ask me, the final will be a repeat of the Yonex All England Final.

    Tony/Halim and Candra/Sigit.

I think Tony/Halim will win again this time. Bye bye Jens/Jesper

Y'know, Chan Chong Ming and Chew Chun Eng look pretty strong. If they beat Candra/Sigit, it'll be a major coup for Malaysia. Boy, am I posting a lot today...

    Re: Candra/SigitVs Tony/Halim(FINAL?)

I didn't mean to be nasty, i'm just happy that Tony/Halim are through. I know the Malaysian pair are strong but they have to get through 1 of the strongest pairs in men's doubles badminton today. Thats Candra/Sigit.

yeah who knows ? 15-11, 15-9 is not that bad. If they can peform like they did in last year's Thomas Cup, they will be a very dangerous.

Tony/Halim lost to Hansen/Paaske. The final tomorrow will be play ed between Chandra/Sigit & Hansen/Paaske.
