Hi, I have recently bought a yonex voltric 3 and arcsaber delta which both have 'DEMO' on the cone instead of the date code, has anyone seen this before? I bought them from a genuine sports store in England but didnt notice until i got them home. They look real. I will take some photos when I can and upload them for you to look at.
I have only come across several Yonex rackets which are AT600, Ti.10, 900P that has DEMO code on the cone. As the name suggested, they are used as a DEMO racket, before mass production start kicking in. However i have never seen DEMO racket for middle range products which in this case is VOltric 3 & Arcsaber Delta. As long as you bought at a reputable retail shop, then it is supposed to be genuine products. Based on the photos, they look real.
Thanks for the reply, I have never seen demo rackets at all before but they seem fine so I will give them a try.
I have 2 NS9900 LTD and just received a VT-ZF LTD as demo models. They are more common than you think, but usually not sold officially. They often end in the bags of the testers.
Which in this case end in the bag of yours .. You are so lucky to be able to play with VTZF LTD Demo version...
