What's wrong with the current tension?

I was using 24 x 24 (a bit loose) then 25 x 25 (it was fine). Then decided to try 26 x 26 (too tight and my game went downhill).

    Currently happy with 25 x 25 (Yonex ZForce 4U).
Usually use the cheap BG6 or Fleet 66. Does not make any difference for me on the string type, assuming the size is the same.

Most of smash power issues are due to technique. I once gave my so called lousy smashing racket to a good player and he was smashing the shuttle like a rocket. So it was my technique and power delivery issue not the racket tension problem.
