    Hello,

So lets just say I've been rather lazy... My racquet needs a new grip on it, however what should I do when it's in this state?

I assume its best to rip the whole thing off and put a new one ontop of the wood.

Also I really like thin grips, and my hands can get pretty sweaty. Can anyone recommend me a grip to buy from somewhere? I really have no clue...

    old school carlton ey?

RKEP definitely has a grip for you. i forgot which one it was, but it also has that ridge that you have on that original grip. you can actually buy RKEP replacement grip and it'll suit you just fine. unfortunately it's only available via ebay but the service is top notch. never have received something from asia that quick.

not sure about sweat absorption since my hand is on the extremely dry side even when playing, but the grip i use, is the G09, it's an overgrip and it's so tacky that sometimes just holding it i feel like i can just not grip it and it'll still stick to my palm, kinda like the tacky 729 friendship brand chinese rubber on a ping pong paddle.

but if you're the sweaty maybe a towel grip would be better for you. yonex has a pretty good towel grip in my opinion.
