I realized that I should have addressed the whole group instead of just Miyuki san. I also realized that I should have stated I am interested in mixed / doubles play, and am not interested in singles play.
Anyone interested?
Thanks!

Hi,
Will be based here in Tokyo for few months and would like to still continue playing badminton. Kindly let me know the locations/addresses of the badminton courts here in Tokyo. I stay at Roponggi area, any courts close to the area? Would be great if I can visit and hopefully can play this weekend.
Would appreciate any help or info that can be given. Thanks.

Hey Cherry P,
I had a tough time finding a place to play. Here are few pointers for you. Check which "ku" or ward your residential address falls under. Usually, there will be a website for each ward office where you can find some recreational details. That is the best option and it is easy to get into the sports club of your ward coz they may request for proof of address.
Usually, people in any club are very polite and welcoming, so it should be difficult to get into a group and play.
Cheers !!

Hello there. I'm, Filipino and just moved in Tokyo last 1 November. I've played badminton as a hobby in Manila for the last 5 years and would like to continue here. There are plenty of warehouse-type badminton gyms in Manila, so it's fairly easy to find places to play.
I live in the Toyosu area and work around Kojimachi area. Is there are group that plays nearby? I would love to meet other players and play at least 2x a week.
Thanks!

皆さんこんにちは
よろしく
I'm currently planning my trip to Japan (going in may, staying for a whole month)
Still deciding whether I will be playing badminton or not
I will most likely stay somewhere near Shinjuku station
If I do bring my badminton stuff with me, I'm looking to play at least three times (once a week)
Any good recommendations?
oh Miyuki, I just requested to join the facebook group: my name is Brian Leung

Hello everyone,
I've recently arrived in Japan and would like to start playing badminton again. Is there a group around Yokohama which plays regularly on weekends?
My level is intermediate.
