I'm considering taking a vacation in Tokyo sometime soon. However, I
can't read Japanese and the information in the link above doesn't make
much sense after coming out of babelfish translation. Does anyone else
know about any drop-in places in Tokyo of at least intermediate level?
Please feel free to reply here or PM me. Thanks.

    Hi Miyuki,
I'm Donny from S'pore and have just moved to Tokyo since last April because of my work. Will be staying here for another 2 years at least. I'm currently playing badminton in Oji almost every weekends but it is too far for me. May I know whether the school of your club is called 中原中学校 in Japanese? Is it located in Ikebukuro? I'm staying in Nishiazabu but since I drive, it is ok. Will your club be open this coming Saturday and Sunday (18 & 19 Mar)? Can I join? Hear from you soon

    Hi Miyuki,

My name is Michael and I am a keen badminton player from Malaysia. My level is intermediate. I will be in Tokyo from April 21 until 28 for business and would like to play badminton during the week stay. Can you tell me where is the nearest place/club that I can play badminton? By the way, I am staying in Century Hyatt Hotel.

    Hi Guys,

I'll be going on a business trip to Tokyo and stay there for the whole July. I'm sure I'll be missing the badminton playing time in my local club in central New Jersey, US, but wondering if there is a place to play badminton in Tokyo near CHIYODA-KU or Akasaka, where I'll stay in Tokyo. My level is upper level. Much appreciated if you reply me quickly so that I can decide whether or not I should bring my racket and shoes with me on the trip.

    Thanks

Play in Tokyo from 8/30 to 9/10, anybody?

    Hi guys,

I'm visiting Tokyo from 8/30 to 9/10 and now looking for places and pal to play badminton. When I visited last January, I enjoyed playing in bad80 club. So this place is already on my list. I'm still looking for places where I can play on weekdays. I usually play 3 times a week in NY. My level is lower advanced. Any info would be appreciated! :D

    Thanks

    Akasaka, Tokyo - New Group

    Akasaka, Tokyo - New Group
I am British (bilingual in Japanese), searching for badminton players (all levels, any nationality) to join a new group of players who live or work in the Akasaka area of Tokyo. A local court is available Monday evenings in the Akasaka 8-chome area, about 5 to 8 minutes from either Nogizaka or Akasaka stations on the Chiyoda Line. E-mail akabado@gmail.com for more details.
