Injured my right Hand....
I had a fall during the badminton game, injured my right hand, it was very painful, took x tray , lucky there was no fracture, but i was asked to wear the hand gard,Doctors told me to rest my hand. It's has been 5 weeks already, and shows no sign of recovery. I'm worried if ever can play badminton again, swelling on my hand is still there, not gone down even a bit. there is pain when i turn my right hand. Is anyone gone through this? can advice me, what to do, thanks....is there any treatment for this, any ointment can be taken? how long the period of recovery....thanks....

Which part of your hand is injured? Do you mean the wrist?

Better go see a real doctor. Might need another X Ray
