what would be a good warm up routine before practise to avoid injuries, sprains etc. what do the international players like lcw , lin dan use?
for me, I work my way downward. starts with neck, then stretching my back/core, then knee/shoulder, then ankle/wrist. some shadow bad to bring up heart rate slightly.
some easy jogging, then do some footwork drills for like 5-10min (there's a good video around by nic bonkowsky...)
