I had a Voltric 7 racket. The original string was got loosened and I strung the rocket with BG66 ULTIMAX @ 22 Lbs. But when I am playing the feel is not that much hard, lack of sound and power less. The Stringer said it was strung @ 22 Lbs. Basically I want play Aggressively with so much power and hard hitting sound. So Please Recommend me a string and its Tension so that it fits to my play.
Do you feel when giving a smash you are getting clear? If yes, then the tension is too low for you. This racket can go 24lbs.Actually it can take 26lbs easily.
Yeah its getting cleared.........., How much tension I have to use....24 R 26? What about the Hitting Sound?
I don't understand. If you are a hard smasher, you should know 22lbs is obviously too low for you. If you are a decent player, you should know the tension that is best for you. If you want a hard feeling string and smash all day long, BG66UM is not for you. You will probably want BG80, as few strings have a harder feel than this. BG65 Ti is also good for offensive players, with good durability.
May i suggest BG80 Power or BG85.Both hard feel and sound loud.BG85 give you POP sound.I havent try bg80 and bg65ti.
BG80 at 24lbs ... when you smash it "sweetly" (smack on the sweet spot), the whole HALL will hear it .... and you get such a HIGH that you want to smash the next 100 shots no matter what height, speed or angle and end up losing the game coz you "lost" your head in smashing every flying bird !!!! Been there, done that ....
Well, strings are very personal ... I just suggest based on what you described as your playing style and what you like to get out of it .... Personally, I am in the process of trying out BG66Maxima or BG66Ultimax .... I am looking for more "control" rather than hardcore smashing as I prefer to play more rallies and strokes/placement ... so BG80 is on the way out .... Go read this website about STRINGS : http://www.ashawayusa.com/BadmintonTips.php I am doing so now ....
Do u have any idea about How to determine fake racket? If it is I Will tell you my shaft No and cone No....,
No, I am not that well-connected or informed to check them ... just look up in the Identify Fake Racquet thread and post your serial numbers in the Yonex serial number thread ... some of the forumers can help there. Note if the guys don't reply, it means your racquet is Ok, so don't go overboard hassling them !!
ThanQ much for your suggestions.., I already posted there and got one reply saying its Ok, Original. So finally I am confusion in b/w BG80 OR 85.., Suggest me one as on your experiance and Thank you so much.
I have done that, read above ... go ahead and try it first ... just remember that BG80 is a HARD FEELING string.
