^ it looks pretty painful :/ I really hope it's nothing super serious and that he recovers in time. In addition, I was reading some comments on two badminton sites on Facebook and was appalled by the types of comments posted by some so called fans, saying things like 'serve him right... He deserved it for being so arrogant' etc. I find it extremely disturbing that people can see an athlete injured and laugh and feel good about it, that he 'deserved' it?! Gosh the levels some people stoop to...(rant over)

On the other hand... I'm pretty sad I probably won't get to see them in action in Singapore next week, was really really looking forward to seeing them play live, oh wells...

^ Hey Visor! Qiu suffered a knee problem. Apparently from their recent update it isn't too serious and after a few days they should be able to play again. I'm hoping this is true, fingers crossed, i might see them in SG! Since they are out I've no interest in the Indonesian Open anymore hahaha

Knee problem I had always worried that Liu is the one who will be more prone to that. Due to his strange hyper flexible joints and stance. Hope Qiu is ready for next week.

^ Yeah! I always thought the same too. The way he half-squats when he drives or whatever you call that. WEll, hope they are good for next week!

In some cases, hospitals and doctors in Jakarta make things worse but I hope it won't happen on him...

for this week WC, if the MD champion is not for Fu/Cai, it will be this "Han Dragon" pair. Coz they beaten several strong pair such as Ko/Lee, Kim duo, BoMo, etc. They only not yet cross INA's Hendra-San and only lost to Koo/Tan so many times...

Watching their game against the JPN pair yesterday, Qiu's left knee was tensored and he looks like he was a tad slow around the court due to his knee. I'm sure other pairs know who to attack and hit to.

Liu was his usual amazing self again, dominating the forecourt completely, playing the back well, and even hit a few winners lying down on his back.

I only saw the bandage on his right knee, and once or twice he seemed unwilling to change direction, but other than that, they both played very well indeed.
