    Predictions involving INA players:

    MS R16
    Taufik Hidayat
[3] vs Gao Huan - Taufik is playing leisurely right now. Gao Huan can upset him.

Riyanto Subagja vs Chen Yuekun - Riyanto did well in progressing to R16. I don't think he can beat the CHN player.

Gurusaidutt R.M.V. [12] vs Dionysius Hayom Rumbaka [7] - a potentially tricky match for Hayom but I still expect him to win this one.

    WS R16
Adriyanti Firdasari [8] vs Sun Yu - there's a big chance Sun Yu will take this one.

Belaetrix Manuputty vs Busanan Ongbumrungpan [7] - Busanan might also take this.

Lindaweni Fanetri vs Hsu Ya Ching - I hope Linda can progress far.

    MD R16
    Vladimir Ivanov/Ivan Sozonov
[1] vs Berry Angriawan/Yohanes Rendy Sugiarto - will there be an upset in this match? I hope so, although the top-seed has an edge.

Markus Fernaldi Gideon/Agripinna Prima Rahmanto Putra [7] vs Liang Jui Wei/Liao Kuan Wei - a tricky tie for the INA pair and I hope they can prevail.

    Hendra A. Gunawan/Yonathan Suryatama Dasuki
[3] vs Vountus Indra Mawan/Mohd Fairuzizuan Mohd Tazari - AG/Yoke can progress to the QF.

    Markis Kido/Alvent Yulianto Chandra
[5] vs Hafiz Faisal/Putra Eka Rhoma - the senior pair to win.

Lee Sheng Mu/Tsai Chia Hsin vs Mohd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi [2] - I think the TPE pair will take this one.

    WD R16
    Pia Zebadiah Bernadeth/Rizki Amelia Pradipta
[4] vs Dellis Yuliana/Vanessa Neo Yu Yan - should be Pia/Rizki's match to lose.

Chen Hsiao Huan/Lai Chia Wen vs Nitya Krishinda Maheswari/Anneke Feinya Agustine [5] - ditto for this one.

Ayumi Tasaki/Seiko Yamada vs Komala Dewi/Jenna Gozali - the Japanese pair to prevail.

    XD R16
    Tontowi Ahmad/Liliyana Natsir
[1] vs Tan Aik Quan/Lai Pei Jing - the first real test for Towi/Butet will be in the SF, probably against Tao/Tang.

Lin Chia Yu/Wang Pei Rong vs Mohd Rijal/Debby Susanto [3] - Rijal/Debby are also expected to test Sudket/Saralee in the SF.

Sergey Lunev/Evgenia Dimova vs Riky Widianto/Richi Puspita Dili [6] - as for Riky/Richi, a third QF in 3 weeks beckons.
