Is this a very very good clone? As it almost exactly the same as the real one. I notice the fine silver spray on the shaft is not as fine as the real one, and the wording on "BALANCE" was written as "BALANCEE". and the end cap is not the same as the real one with crop is missing. BTW, it is bought from a Badmintoncentral forumer. I will not name the person.
looks pretty good. why do you suspect it is a fake? sometimes even yonex make small painting errors that somehow manage to pass through QC.
It doesn't say BALANCEE from the photo. It looks like BALANCE with a small line in the C. I've heard of JP fake rackets but never heard of UK fake rackets. It looks real to me. But then again, I don't know all the signs for a fake racket.
It is the end cap that the small crop on the YY is not that obvious as compare to the real one. I heard the fake had a hard time doing this.
Have you gone to a dealer and have the hologram sticker checked out? http://www.yonex.com/sports/badminton/products/badminton/warning-counterfeits According to the Yonex website...the racket you have looks legit to me. Looks to be the same shade of green and logo design as well.
believe me. if this is a fake, then I have no idea how we can differentiate fake and real one because the cone code is good, shaft serial is also good. the font is also fine the butt cap is def fine I cannot really see the bag, but it is also looks good destroyed "Yonex" writing on the cone? that's very normal for a VT80 which is IMO, one of the worst decal and QC ever I won't be surprised if the C becomes E (it is C btw, you can see the line does not touch the base). maybe an error from their machine since the next one is E
From the other Thread there was another Voltric 80 produced on that date and very close to your serial. So I think it is legit.
