Thread: Training racket

I've resently started warming up and also training with a squash racket, usually against a wall. When i then play against someone else i feel much stronger, i get the same effect as when i imagine the shuttlecock isn't there. If you dont know what i'm tlking about then don't worry its hard to understand till you try.
I natually decelerate a little before i hit the shuttle/ don;t give my all.
